*Oil separation occurs in natural nut butters. Product may be stored upside down and refrigerated to hasten this process. Stir before use. Re-close lid tightly to limit exposure to air. Store away from heat and direct sunlight to preserve flavor and freshness.

Arrived by UPS in well packed box and no tub leakage. The tahini was beyond my expectations in quality and the bottom was not dry and hardened. Tahini has been an important part of my diet for 4 decades, and in my opinion you won't find anything on the market better than this brand. My 15 lb filled 3 half gallon jars filled to the top, with another pint to spare. Thank you, WestWind!
