Shipping policy

All customer purchases are shipped via UPS or USPS unless otherwise specified.  

For all damaged returns/replacements- we ask that you send five(5) pictures, all with different angles of the damaged product/packaging.(Not only is this for proof of damage, but as well, what we need in-case we have to file a claim through the shipping carrier) 

*Special shipping with an alternate carrier is available upon customer request, but requires approval by East Wind Crafts management prior to order submission.
