Refund policy

East Wind Community, Inc., operating as East Wind Crafts strives to provide our customers with 100% satisfaction on every purchase.  Due to the nature of our products (food & footwear) our staff must handle each refund and/or return on a case by case basis. 

 

  • For all damaged returns/replacements, we ask you send five(5) pictures, all with different angles of the damaged product/packaging.(Not only is this for proof of damage, but as well, what we need in-case we have to file a claim through the shipping carrier) 

 

  • If your package ends up damaged due to shipping carriers, please follow the damaged return guidelines above!

 

  • Undamaged returns must be shipped back to East Wind Crafts at the purchaser's expense, unless otherwise specified.

 

  • All footwear must be received clean and undamaged in it's original packaging in order for us to successfully process a customer's exchange, refund, replacement, etc...

 

  • All "clearance sales" are final.
