This is the freshest organic peanut butter I've ever bought. It required no mixing when the jars arrived (I ordered 4 jars) and, so, there was no oil separation which made the peanut butter so smooth and just really delicious. I don't know if it always arrives in this condition but I am so glad it did.

I love East Wind Tahini and I have purchased beyond “best by date" tahini from E-W before. I love the thicker texture. I mixwith a little honey to make a wonderful halava. I have to mix the oil in quite a bit but it works.
