Lay back and relax in this comfortable, and durable, hammock!
East Wind Community started crafting handmade rope hammocks in 1974, and shortly after, produced the first 6,000 hammocks. Then in 1976, members of the community built a 3500 square foot industrial building to support the expanding business. This building provided quality space for hammock production, and part of it is used to make hammocks and Utopian Rope Sandals today.
Our hammocks are made with Polypropylene rope, and therefore can be cleaned easily, as well, withstand the weather! Though, we do recommend keeping it out of harsh weather conditions whenever able to, as it will help it to last even longer!
