EWNB's Organic Valencia Peanut Butter is produced by dry roasting and milling machine blanched Organic Valencia Peanuts on dedicated equipment, inside a facility that also manufactures nut and seed butters (Almonds, Cashews & Sesame).
Ingredients: Dry Roasted Organic Valencia Peanuts (Salt optional)
*Oil separation occurs in natural nut butters. Product may be stored upside down and refrigerated to hasten this process. Stir before use. Re-close lid tightly to limit exposure to air. Store away from heat and direct sunlight to preserve flavor and freshness.

I like that the organic creamy peanut butter only has to be stirred at the beginning of use & about 3/4 through the jar. It does not separate quickly like store bought PB. I like that it’s packaged in a glass jar.
It is the best peanut butter we have found!! I use it frequently in: cookies, hummus, candy, icing, pie, & just plain on celery sticks, and of course in sandwiches with homemade preserves. YUM!
Great stuff, now I remember what real peanut butter tastes like. And I'm glad to support grassroots people helping us nourish ourselves in an elevated manner.
